Method

How this was measured

What counts as a request

Every message in the client's request channels, every message that mentioned me, and every direct message, filtered by a classifier to those asking for a change, a fix, a report or access. Chatter, thanks and status updates are excluded.

What counts as delivered

My reply in the same conversation confirming the work was done or live. Times are wall-clock hours from the request's timestamp, including nights and weekends.

What is left out

Direct messages after September 7 sit on a newer account and are not included. Client names, people and message contents are withheld.

Percentiles

"Median" is the midpoint: half of requests were faster. "9 in 10" is the 90th percentile.
